當日上午11時許，開業儀式舉行。30余個《關評價機場接送于樹立國際調解院的公約》（以下簡稱《公約》）機場送機締約國和簽署國以及噴鼻港機場接送特區各界代表列席儀式。開業儀式前，國際調解院理事會錄用了調解院的法定代表和首席官員——秘書長。來自中國噴鼻港的鄭若驊擔任秘書長。
國際調解院由中國與多個立場附近國家配合發起。本年5月30日，《公約》簽署儀式在噴鼻港舉行。《公約》規定：國際調解院總部設于中國噴鼻港，受案范圍包含國家間爭議、一國與另一國國商務機場接送平易近間的爭議以及私主體間國際商事爭議。《公約》于本年8月29日失效，今朝共有37個簽署國，此中8國已同意《公約》。
